Finding meaning in your work is important. Working 12 hours on something you care about is far easier than 8 hours on something you don’t.

And just coincidently, it lets more of the revenue go to towards making the CEO a gazillionaire than if the workers were paid more for 12 hours work…

The employees own stock too. How exactly is money being diverted to Elon Musk that would've gone to the employees?
