I'm surprised my brain remembers a lot of weird dreams I had along the years. Most often completely imaginary, psychedelic ones with no relation with reality.

I also have a lot of dreams which I remember time to time and it makes me feel confused because why my brain thinks about things which is not even real. Also, sometimes when I wake up I need a little bit of time to understand if it was real life or just a dream

Very often dreams are more vivid than reality. At least at the emotional level, it often feels as intense as childhood.
