Is leetcode a type of engineer? In terms of ROI in finding a new job that’s what I recommend specializing in.

really curious about if all the people that do leet code can transfer those skills to their job. Problem solving is a good metric i suppose, but how good?

it depends on the type of job, in some cases yes. i would say in most other cases 5 star leet code skills doesn't help at all.
