What is the licensing of AlphaFold? If the drug makes it to market, does the creators owe royalties?

One of the follow-ups points to https://github.com/deepmind/alphafold/issues/14#issuecomment... which comments "Hi, we have recently changed the license terms for the AlphaFold weights to CC BY 4.0, which permits commercial use", from 4 days ago.

It looks like the source license at https://github.com/deepmind/alphafold/blob/main/LICENSE is Apache 2.0.

Sounds like that startup was hedging their bets for the license to change
