For asyncio side of things there is also Uvicorn (based on libuv/uvloop) https://www.uvicorn.org/

Or Hypercorn https://gitlab.com/pgjones/hypercorn if you want HTTP/1, HTTP/2, and HTTP/3.

Note that Uvicorn still recommends to use Gunicorn for production use, with the Uvicorn worker class implemented for Gunicorn.
