Maybe I mixed up something and this is the wrong law: The "Gesetz zur Modernisierung der Rechtsgrundlagen der Bundespolizei" was accepted by the Bundestag, but finally the Bundesrat did not agree. https://dip.bundestag.de/vorgang/gesetz-zur-modernisierung-d...
