"Kiko" comes from "O que é que eu tenho a ver com isso?" (Something like "What's it got to do with me?").
When you pronounce this phrase fast in Brazilian Portuguese it sounds like "Ki ko tenho a ver com isso?" and then became the slang "kiko".
- I'm shitting and walking ("estou cagando e andando");
- My as* doesn't even itch ("meu c* nem pinica").
- What about Kiko? ("e o Kiko?" -- trust me this one is hard to explain).
