Yep, and because of that we are not getting E2E services (Photos, backup), which would have been possible with this new technology.

E2EE services are absolutely possible without this technology. What are you saying?

They are possible, but they will not be implemented on Apple’s scale without CSAM features. Politics already try to implement forced backdoors.
