Please explain in g/km that doesn't involve chemtrails, contrails, or insignificant lifecycle costs.

Why would you ignore relevant factors, i.e contrails? Some scientific studies contribute up to 2/3 of a planes climate impact on those. E.g https://www.nature.com/articles/s41558-021-01032-7
