And let's please stop with the account age shaming. There are reasons why people who want to keep posting to HN have to create new accounts sometimes, but it's against the rules to discuss it, so let's drop that and talk about the information in the document.
So you’re pro-vaccine (COVID and otherwise) but just concerned about the myocarditis signal seen with the mRNA vaccines?

There was no “shaming” - just an observation and a question... and I think it’s a reasonable question. There’re plenty of examples of social media sites being used to spread propaganda of many types in recent years; no reason HN should be immune. Being alert to such things is important, and honestly a new account with a lots of activity pursuing a possible agenda is an obvious red flag.
Cherry-picking which piece of propaganda or disinformation to paste from a propaganda and disinformation-pushing group doesn't make the propaganda/disinformation less biased
While its banner ("independent global news and policy analysis regarding COVID-19, with emphasis on early treatments") seems reasonable, a quick look at the top-15 articles suggests a strong bias away from vaccines, and towards publicising 'alternative' therapies. These are a few of the top articles' titles:
* Professor Didier Raoult Releases the Results of a New Hydroxychloroquine Treatment Study on 1061 Patients
* “We Know it’s Curable; It’s Easier than Treating the Flu” — Professor Thomas Borody
* Australian GPs Can Legally Prescribe Ivermectin Triple Therapy Protocol — Professor Thomas Borody
* Expert Sounds the Alarm about Risks of Mass Vaccination
* The 8th Day Therapy for COVID-19
Further, a quick read of the slides you linked to strongly suggests the author has an agenda. This isn't to say that she's wrong, or that the statistic you quoted is wrong... but it's necessary to call out and understand such obvious biases when decision how to intelligently interpret a piece of work.
