At our office, HR and Finance magically turned into "No Home Office" which means that when salaries are re-adjusted to discount WFH, they dont get paycuts in HR/Finance. Basically they gamed the system to show they were never paid a premium due to a home office (despite working out of the SF office) and hence shouldnt get a paycut now.
