Like, knowingly turning the planet into an uninhabitable place, killing millions in the process, destroying huge tracts of property with impunity, knowing they were doing this _and hiding it_.

If that isn't a crime, what is?

They never did this. They just enabled you to run your diesel-generator during blackouts in California.

a) I don't have a diesel generator b) I am not in California c) I have never experienced a blackout d) Yes, the oil companies did all of that.
