Bitwarden is €10 when invoiced annually (32 vs 10).

Understood. There will always be something cheaper. Just commenting on your point about:

Oh, but that is the family plan. Yes, of course, there will be always a cheaper and a more expensive options.

It is just that I feel that 10 per year (personal) or 40 per year (family) is a fair amount to pay for this service.
