Right? And yet we are perfectly fine mandating social water cooler socializing despite effectively them reducing productivity. This has nothing to do with productivity.

It is a power play. Pure and simple.

I don't get this worldview at all. It's a power play to try to combat the centuries of discrimination against women, sexism, racism, and more?

Productivity isn't everything. If what is produced is harmful, it is even negative value.
