Simple.com transitioned to BBVA USA last night (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=25674964) and customers can't access their accounts. BBVA's support phone number plays "I'm sorry, we are experiencing difficulties. Please call back at a later time. Goodbye." and hangs up.

They've been preparing for months and still managed to screw it up.
