Just move out of the country to panama or belize or whatever. You'll save more than 10k on taxes and cost of living and life will be more interesting.

Taxes are due on your world wide income as a United States citizen or permanent resident.

No it's not, you don't pay taxes on the first 105k. depending on the country where you are living, living abroad can give you a significant tax advantage.
