Wow 20% of asian kids are in the top decile (10%) academically but only 0.9% of black kids. Would be super stupid not to adjust this for race in admissions. FBI is essentially saying Yale should admit 20 Asian kids for each Black if they think table 23 should be adopted unadjusted.
