The author of 'In Defense of Looting' seems to think only the Government can create jobs, so small businesses are irrelevant. She thinks it's a "Republican Myth"

> . It's actually a Republican myth that has, over the last 20 years, really crawled into even leftist discourse: that the small business owner must be respected, that the small business owner creates jobs and is part of the community. But that's actually a right-wing myth.

Gives credence to the voices saying that the protests final goal is to centralize the economy into a few huge companies with government overview.

Is a Jeffersonian/Locke-ian society really that much to ask for?
