Catching, or transmitting C19 outside looks to pretty unlikely https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/494348-new-study-finds... May turn out that the best prevention advice would have been to stay outside as much as possible.

Most of us only go out for the bare minimum, but people actually experiencing symptoms are going for a walk. This does not add up. Exposing others knowing fully well you are having symptoms is not right.
