That's interesting. For Safari (13.1) and Firefox for me, the translucent box below 'Sounds of the Bodlean Library' appears entirely empty. However clicking randomly in it will invoke the location selection drop-down.

Definitely not - the staff are working from home (my wife would otherwise be working in the building shown). I don’t think these sounds were ever live.
