are nvme slots a thing yet?

i have a 1tb one. it's pretty tiny. it cost me $70. why is it so hard to put one of these inside a laptop?

Its really not that hard to find a laptop with upgradeable SSDs and even RAM. We just have to stop buying laptops with soldered, non-upgradeable everything.
