Registration page doesn't ask you for official credentials and the country selection menu has all of the countries. Educating 1% of European population is just a personal goal.

I was genuinely surprised to see the mention of a skin color, even in parentheses which seemed like an attempt to make it one of their points while avoiding justifying or explaining it.
