Me neither and I even used ctrl-f. It seems the impact could taint anything loosly called an API. I make an API that is loosly linked to three competing API around then same data. Some of this leads to each of us suing the others.

Anyone can sue anyone over anything right now. The whole purpose of the court system is not to blindly apply any ruling to any other loosely coupled event, especially over the use of borrowed words, but to focus on the nuances and peculiarities of each case laid in front of it. That's what the courts are for, and why human judges and juries pass judgment rather than algorithms.
