In countries with universal health care private companies have nothing to do with health related problems.

FWIW: Norway has very good universal bealth care and my employer still has health insurance that goes above and beyond that.

Just mention to point out that companies can put an effort into this even if thwy don't have to.

In my country with universal health care if you ask for counseling you might get one free session after waiting for six months.
