just depends on if you want to build it, or let somebody else run it. Off the top of my head.

1. "web 2.0" SaaS like recur.ly

2. wepay.com

3. whatever your merchant account offers - they are all starting to offer recurring subscription as part of their API. (perhaps for an extra fee)

We are definitely looking for something pre-built and do not have a merchant account.

Recur.ly looks a little pricey. Wepay does recurring billing, but not recurring payments.
