They have the deepest pockets, that's their only crime. That's why the lawyers are targeting them with an absurd lawsuit in hopes that it will make them settle instead of the bad publicity.

Don't know why you're being downvoted, but yes, this is a major factor on why SalesForce is being sued. Lawyers generally find the people "at fault" are the people where they can make the most money.
