One of the hardest things to learn on your own is how to say no and why. Learning how to identity problem clients and being able to say no to them in my opinion is one of the most valuable skills to attain. Not only for your sanity but also your success.

Learning to say no and set boundaries in general is a life skill, part of being an adult, and one many often never develop.
