Yes, but those are all forks. I was answering the question only, nothing more. If Oracle took on Linux (whatever that would mean), I have no doubt another fork would start as well.

edit: and this is a really contrived subject and example, because honestly, I can't think of how Oracle would take control of Linux anyway.
