I'm going to be honest AWS Fargate isn't as easy to use as hyper.sh if you are looking for an alternative. That said our increased complexity is because Fargate is orders of magnitude more full featured for applications that outgrow small platforms. If you want to give Fargate a try I'd recommend this open source tool (http://somanymachines.com/fargate/) as it provides you with an easy, opinionated starter command line experience similar to what you might have seen for hyper.sh

You can run a container on a f1-micro VM for free forever: https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/containers/deploying-c...
If you want something more similar to Hyper.sh, serverless containers are coming out publicly soon, and you can sign up for the alpha here: https://g.co/serverlesscontainers
