Do you by any chance have a link to back that up? I went to U of W's website and they did not mention anything about free tuition.

At the time it may have been a scholarship the all students received. I remember it not being the case for other programs if study.

Sorry no. I only know that was the case when he went there. He graduated about 4 years ago.

I would contact them and ask.
