You're right, I didn't think about that. I would be totally willing to do customer support. Just kind of difficult to find. Upwork rejected my resume last time I tried to sign up. But maybe, I should try and pursue that route.

Github hires in Germany for remote support work, doesn't matter you live in SE Asia only matters your authorization to work in DE https://boards.greenhouse.io/github/jobs/1182009

Or just go on any job site: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JfNAbUX_lN9K3MCNHO15... and search for "german" to see all the remote German speaking SaaS support jobs, plenty exist.
