Maybe for smaller companies, but msft, Amazon, tableau in Canada all pay more than that.

AVG TC Senior Devs in AMZN, DATA, CRM, and Splunk is CAD 250k.

MSFT probably around 180k-190k.

I knew DATA offered 300k++ for Principal.

All offers with RSUs (hence TC).
