This is average for the area and if you can be remote you can live comfortably here. I think the fact they posted the salary is a good thing. IMO there shouldn't be some threshold to make the post relevant, if someone wants the job, it's not like they hid the salary from them.

My apologies... It was a little frustration spewing over from another conversation. I certainly agree that it’s good that the range was posted here and interested engineers are now aware of the opportunity
