alternatively, there are a few other healthier ways to get into a high alpha state. I find that a shower, or driving around is good. Also a nap. Sleep deprivation leads me to full imagine some of my best graphic designs. They just pop into my head fully formed as I lay in bed half crazy cause I haven't slept. :-)
