Uh, Thor and Tesla dont get to ignore GVW standards just because their tractor is heavier.

You are correct about these electric trucks not paying gas tax though. Thats a problem.

A problem easily solved by requiring tolls on Interstates. Most states already operate scales. I don't see why this is hard. Next.

Drivers already have to keep log books. Make them submit them and pay per mile to the states they drove in.
