A comment on Handwriting Programs in J.

I've been a bit surprised that array based languages like APL and J haven't taken off with GPU programming. It feels like it would be a natural fit for the domain, but I'm probably missing something.

The Futhark language is the closest thing to "APL for the GPU" I'm aware of.
