As an Indian developer the racism there is sickening . But all it does is strengthen my resolve to show the world that we are no less capable .

I'm not sure why you hate "Pajeet" so much but be sure that he's only trying to do the best for himself.

Thanks to the startup eco system the quality of indian devs is surely but slowly going up .

And now I'm being downvoted for calling out racism against me . Great job .

I'm afraid the only way here is to make India more desirable place than US (and then accept everybody who wants to come).

Just leaving for greener pastures won't qualify.

Just completely ignore them - repaying them in kind is the very thing that fuels their actions. These are just bored kids fighting for attention.
