Too bad about Maple. I really like David Chang and he is really trying to solve a problem he knows a lot about and cares a lot about.

Don't feel too sad about it, he launched Ando which is the same thing but faster and with better food quality.

I cancelled my sub after learning he was affiliated. Explains a lot of the operational shortfalls. He's a brilliant chef, sometimes, but figured he never needed to learn how to run a business and it shows across his portfolio.

David Chang owns equity in Maple and is their brand icon [1].
