What happens to signals that are technically within the spectrum, but are being transmitted in a "directed-beam" between two locations?

its like speeding.. it's fine so long as nobodies watching.

If your low power and nobodies inbetween or in the overspill region then keep calm and carry on, if not reconsider getting licensed modems
