Technically, no. I doubt Amazon would risk the publicity and attempt to garnish your wages or pursue your assets; you could, of course, declare bankruptcy to protect your home from their judgement if they went so far as to obtain one.

No? There is a big difference between "Technically no" and "uh they probably won't" - especially when it comes to legal matters.

Remember the home repossession was an example - I don't even fall under US law. The house thing was code for "legally the can wipe you off the map".
