Show HN: I built Male Hormone Lab Interpreter that does what LLMs can't

https://www.longevity-tools.com/male-hormones-interpreter

Hi,My name is Zsolt. I build clinical tools for labs and longevity clinics, and I release some of them as free public tools. The Male Hormone Lab Interpreter unique feature is that it visualizes the testosterone production and feedback pathway on HPG axis to identify the true root cause of hormonal imbalances. All hormones are interpreted based on optimal ranges. This is something LLMs still...

Re:Deleteduser.com –A $15 PII Magnet on Sunday April 19, 2026 @11:30AM (#47825023)
So whats the best strategy for this?

long time ago, I was doing the same, but I was using [email protected] and example.com cannot be bought, since its dedicated to examples.

Obviously one has to have a dedicated field too, something like isDeleted or deletedAt...

One of the YouTuber did some digging and it’s technically a capacitor. Which is fine as long as it has the desired features

LLMs were actually not that great so far in the preventative side / risk prediction. They are very good if you already have the disease but if you are trending there they were chill about it. The better way would be to first calculate the risks via deterministic algos and then do differential diagnosis. So something that specialized doc would do. This is an example of an online tool, that does it like that: https://www.longevity-tools.com/liver-function-interpreter

Show HN: Measuring the "Mom-induced" insulin resistance this Christmas

https://www.longevity-tools.com/glucose-metabolism-interpreter

Does your mom show you love by the amount of cakes she bakes for you? If yes, please note that transient insulin resistance can develop within a week if you are pushing it.I’m a precision health consultant for longevity clinics, focused on spotting metabolic risk early and I built this comprehensive Glucose Metabolism Interpreter:- All labs are optional — plug in whatever you have- Uses HOMA2...

Re:Tell HN: Want a better HN? Visit /newest on Saturday November 29, 2025 @03:22AM (#46085940)
It seems to me that unless you already have some social following and promote your HN submission there it’s impossible to get to the front page. No matter how good your submission is.

I posted (subjectively) high quality stuff about longevity tools that had a potential to be on front page, but the /newest just grows go so fast that no one will notice it.

Show HN: Interpret your Liver Labs like a top Longevity Clinic would

https://www.longevity-tools.com/liver-function-interpreter

Dear fellow (bio)hackers.Interpreting liver labs is challenging, since the normal ranges you see on your labs are skewed (most people are obese or overweight). So after six months of work, and with help from leading researchers in the field, I just launched the Liver Function Interpreter. The tool calculates various risks based on the best indices and runs differential diagnosis if something...

Show HN: Best biological age model using standard blood tests

https://www.longevity-tools.com/humanitys-bortz-blood-age

There’s a fairly recent research paper introducing a biological age calculation model, that uses only standard blood tests and outperforms PhenoAge. So I reached out to the original researchers and did a 1-hour+ interview with one of the authors. I developed an online calculator based on it and we came up with a name for it: "Bortz Blood Age Calculator"*About the model:*- Trained on 306k...

thank you for your kind words and good feedback.

importing labs is something I think about a lot and I think the solution will be something along the lines of what you suggested. Since I need to keep 100% privacy which I publicly promise.

Interpret your bloodwork for free with a precision of a longevity clinic. You can calculate your biological age based on the best bioage calculators.

Native Apple Watch wins in most scientific papers and also in tests done by “the quantified scientist” by a large margin. Apple Watch does not use HRV but accelerometer for movement and breathing rate.

Apple Watch also wins for HR during exercise.

So if you want one device for everything, there is little competition yet.

Is it possible to disable autoplay next video on YouTube?

And disable YouTube shorts?

Thank you for developing open source extension.

Re:I Bought a CO2 Monitor, and It Broke Me on Saturday February 04, 2023 @02:55AM (#34652605)
The only solution is a ventilation system. Get the one that recovers humidity too, not only heat.

It is required by law in most European countries in new constructions.

Re:Ask HN: What is your system for dirty dishes? on Friday December 30, 2022 @08:45AM (#34184922)
Miele dishwashers have auto dosing of detergent and auto open after they are finished. They are very quiet too.

Remote start via app makes zero sense without auto dosing.

Buy a co2 meter. You have to have windows opened for much more than 5 minutes. Aaaand you have to open them every 40 minutes, even when you sleep. Good luck with that.
Re:Analysis of Apple Watch running data on Sunday September 25, 2022 @03:25PM (#32975030)
When I was running a half marathon with my Apple Watch 6 ( without a phone) I was getting a 1km notifications within 5-15 meters of the km signs. I was super impressed with the accuracy
I would send the management a link to this post. It contains a lot of good quality, honest opinions so they could understand the scale of the situation.
There are 3 types of omega3:

1. Trigliceride 2. Ethyl ester 3. Re-esterified trigliceride

Almost all suplements sold are ethyl ester which means poor absorption and fast degradation (rancid).

Always buy triglycerides.

If you take ethyl ester, make sure it’s fresh and take it with fatty food

Re:Inflammation in the gut is encoded by neurons in the brain on Tuesday January 11, 2022 @03:33AM (#29889008)
For me, nothing worked except 1h feeding window a day. So basically I eat once a day, about 2200 - 2600 calories.

What is strange is that I can literally eat any food like pizza and it does not matter.

Before I had non-stop diarrhea, bloating, diagnosed allergies to almost every food, bad whole body eczema…

It’s not placebo since I started this diet for longevity and not for the reasons above. So when my symptoms went away I was genuinely surprised.

Just adding some interesting info: There is an ECMAScript Optional Static Typing Proposal.

https://github.com/sirisian/ecmascript-types

So how does it compare to Imaginary?

It looks Imagor can save/cache the resulting files in S3. If so that’s a great benefit since Imaginary does not support it and you have to use a CDN.

Do I understand it correctly that Imagor can transform the image from URL and store the results to S3 and next time the same image is requested it is not transformed again but returned from S3?
