Hi, I'm planing to move to the UK because my GF going there for study. I have Israeli passport, about 4 years of experience in mixed fullstack development and DBA, no Academic degree and for the last 2 years I'm working as expat in English speaking country. I can stay in the UK for
6 months without VISA . what are my chances to getting hired?
I think its clear, in our world, you should work on what earns you the most.
what do you mean stuck? what do you do after 5 that is so meaningless?
I meant, physically, what gives different? why after applying the gate once on 1 there is a 50% the spins flip but when applying to 0 no-chance of that.
why Hadamard of 1 is diffrent from Hadmard of 0?

EDIT: just to be clear not every person in charge is ex-slave or something, but as a country even if they started financially strong it does not mean they had the culture to support it

In recent years his wife trying to grab more and more power to be the next president but not everyone in the ruling party like that. last week she (from the mouth of the president) fired "number 2" in the country. since then everyone who was "friend" with number 2 was fired too. when they tried to get rid of the army general (friend of number 2) he refused to leave his office in claim that president wife doing undemocratic things. yesterday he did the "takeover". its not yet clear if the president will switched with the number 2 guy (the friend of the general).

Yes, but it is very game dependent. Maybe this "engine" does not suited for fast, action packed games, but I think what players hate is annoying and logically/physically wrong animations, not smooth and fair.
Also you can train the NN on faster more reactive training data.
I can see your point, but, when it comes to the "Internet" it is Ok IMO. It is global already, people everywhere "consuming it". Facebook are "helping the poor people of Africa" now as well as the author hopes to.
they are common, people value communication. most of the phones are older models or very cheap Chinese brands.
they stated their aim is to help 2B people in develop countries.
it is very hard to fix the government. there are networks here, poor villagers how use money have a phone, I think its better to by-pass the government. relying on private company is terrifying as relying on third world government. decentralized solution would be the best.
also E-money is used here already, trough the cellular company but they have a monopoly backed by the government so its just another way of stealing from the people.
living in Zimbabwe now, there a severe shortage of cash, Im hoping a project like this one will catch one day.

maybe with a special tax system (the closer your threshold is to the "equal opportunity" the less tax you pay)?
