Just keep a pillow below your knees. It will keep your knee slightly bent and relaxed. The pillow prevents turning to the side. Works for me, otherwise a stomach sleeper.

Install Firefox Focus. It has content blocker which cleans up ads and trackers on mobile safari.

Thats why I disabled js from chrome on my android.

On desktop chrome, my default profile runs uBlock origin and blocks all third party js & frames. Much faster, & you can selectively allow 3rd party content.

Say you have a 10 days job, and you can only start it when you have just 2 days left. What will you be doing the first 8 days? Why don't you do some other productive thing during the first 8 days?

I guess, if you are like me, the problem is in your head and you are thinking about it all the time - until you achieve the clarity on what exactly to do OR you are forced to start since the time is fast running out. You may be browsing HN, but, the problem solving is happening in your brain as a background thread. ie., some amount of procrastination is required for some of us. But, it is debatable how much of this is necessary.

I have installed UC Browser on my android just for HN. Double tap for zoom and the text adjusts to the width.

Older versions of android stock browser used to act this way, but latest chrome on android does not.
