What do you think the equivalent move is for front end developers?
It seems like after the first startup, you realized that Lativa is not a good market for startups. And then you went and created 9 more in Lativa and learned the same lesson over and over.

Wasn't there a movie by Christopher Nolan about this same concept?
Does anyone else hate the new quartz layout?
Is the information stored on the device or on your servers somewhere? I like the idea but I'd also like to keep this data for longer than a company may be around for.
This is really cool - thanks for laying out out like a progression! There are so many resources on the internet I find myself relearning a lot of things several times.

Languages, web vs standalone, etc. I'm extremely out of the loop and I'm not sure where to start looking. I've tried looking at the top tags in stackoverflow - c#, php, java - but these don't seem too relevant from what I've seen lurking around on HN.
I want to learn from your code, but it looks like it's all hidden somewhere?
Can someone comment on the new flickr vs PIcasa?
$4.61 for a scoop of ice cream? No me gusta...
Why does everything have to be its own youtube video?
tl;dr: dwolla has fewer fees than Square or PayPal
This is an extremely poorly written article. Reads as if no thought was put into writing the blogspam rant.
it looks like a lot of anime eyes staring at me
Wow, get off that high horse much?
Do you really still expect quality content on HN nowadays? Even after that week where 5 articles along the lines of "I woke up at 5am and ate a slice of cold ham to start my metabolism" made it to the front page?
You've never heard of google?
Coursera is awesome. I'm 4 weeks into an introductory finance class and professor Kaul is doing such a good job of introducing concepts to us (I have no finance background).

Some of these make it seem like the firm just wants an iphone clone.
For example, #52: No menu for going back to the previous screen when watching a video.
Isn't this a trait of the android OS? Hard button to go back, and it's universally like this for all apps. Adding a back button just for video would break the continuity.
#56: Star to 'add to fav' should be replaced with a plus because users don't recognize what a star does.
I'm pretty confident that people will understand what a star does in this context...
"Mmm Mmm Sexy Times"
They made it pretty easy for me to pick.
tldr: just because lots of people use foursquare there should be a direct correlation between check-in's and revenue; this method should be used by the IRS when collecting taxes.
Are you serious? This is no way front page HN worthy. This is the worst thing I've read since that "wake up at 5am and eat a slice of ham to start my metabolism" trash.
What exactly are you showing HN? It's a splash screen with a stock iphone picture.
0. Adding a launchrock page before anyone has any idea who you are.
How do you deal with the unintuitive gestures? Sliding on a random side of the screen to bring up a random menu?
If they removed the wave beginning from a prime number what would the 2*prime number look like?
