You'll want to use a GitHub App[0] for that -- GitHub Apps use the same permissions model that these new token types are using.

I've been coding for a living for about 15 years and, while there are plenty of days where I learn something new, overall, I'd say I'm actually pretty good at it, and generally quickly earn the respect of my peers wherever I work.The problem is, I've lost my spark and enthusiasm for the job, BUT, I can't afford NOT to work, and with 3 young kids, I have some pretty significant overheads to meet...
