This is pretty cool stuff, and I can see a lot of places where this can be used (we've got a ton of stuff on S3). Will give this a deeper look. Thanks.
Maybe this is a new business model for the music industry? (said with a large dose of sarcasm).

Re:Wealth does not make you smarter on Friday January 31, 2014 @01:46PM (#7158359)
Lovely piece. Really. I know from my own personal experience that the time in my life where I most successful by the society surrounding me standard I was also the most unhappy. Sure, financial wealth helps you in certain areas in life and alleviates some worries, but in the long run others can creep in instead and you don't end up happier. It's that mix of being appreciative of other people from all walks of life and finding gratitude for what you have that I think can help you be happier. My thoughts anyway. Great piece.
Re:3 Ways to Improve Employee Engagement in 2014 on Friday January 31, 2014 @01:40PM (#7158304)
"Employee engagement can’t be mass produced." that was my favourite quote of the piece. In a previous place where I worked they would make little individual gifts for everyone for new year. It was usually a small thing like a cardboard statue of you, or a plush doll based on something you liked. It was really such as lovely touch, that imo it moved people on an emotional level and help retain folks much more than a lot of other things. I think it's super important, especially in a super competitive environment for talent to pay attention and invest in those little things.
