I'm actually in the middle of building something really similar, but targeted at manufacturing/distribution companies (i.e. they have an ERP/inventory system, how does that data get onto the eCommerce website?)

Would you be interested in talking with me about how you're building your system? Email in my profile.

Good Luck!!

Ask HN: What do you use to move (copy) data between systems?

Do you like it?Context: I'm currently in the middle of a project where I'm hooking up an ERP system (SalesPad) to an eCommerce website (WooCommerce) and I've found I need to move many different kinds of data between them (Inventory/Orders/CustomPricing/etc), and I haven't found a good tool so I started building one.Has anyone else...

Gotcha. Good to know. Thanks!

I come from primarily a webops/devops/sysadmin background, which means I've been feeling a little out of my depth on "what's all this data stuff and how does it fit together?". I'm curious for any good resources you may...
