Re:Ask HN: As a person, what can I do to improve a city? on Sunday November 08, 2020 @12:20PM (#25027176)

If I were you, I would look for local resources, availability of talent and visit mayors office to come-up with a business which can provide employment. However, you will have to look for resources from which you can build a value-add product which can be sold outside from city.
