What do you think? Does The Great Firewall “learn, filter and block” with deep packet inspection or is it a myth?
Any thoughts? Or your experience?

In our case yes, China users was successfully connecting to simple Openvpn servers for 2 years.
And we did not do any sophisticated transport all this time.
