Hey Hackers, I’ve built a customer support AI platform that lets you create AI agents trained on your own docs/website, set up a support inbox, and automatically handle customer tickets with AI responses.

Creating AI agents - Create an AI agent and upload your text/website URL in source to train the agent. Wait for indexing to be completed.

https://ticketdesk.ai/docs/how-to-create-an-ai-agent-for-cus...

Setup inbox - Setup your inbox like [email protected] (with email forwarding for white-labeling) and send ticket to Ticketdesk AI

https://ticketdesk.ai/docs/how-to-setup-your-inbox-to-create...

Automatic AI response - Go to Automations > enable the AI response automation to let the AI agent reply to your customer supports tickets received via email.

Any questions, suggestion or feedback. Please feel free to reply here!

Scheduling tools like Calendly, Appointly, Acuity don't have an option for Indian customers to connect with Indian payment gateways to accept fees on INR for the appointments. They have very limited payment integration(Stripe, PayPal) and no way for Indian customers to pay via UPI, Wallet (PayTM, PhonePe etc)

We've partnered with Razorpay to bring their payment gateway in DaySchedule's calendar scheduling app - It will provide an easy way to thousands of small-business, freelancer's, consultants in India to receive their payment online in Indian currency via UPI, Wallet (PayTM, PhonePe etc) or Net banking by connecting with their Razorpay account.

Hi Hackers,

My name is Vikash from https://www.agenty.com

We are excited to launch our new integration with Shopify - This will allow you to automatically crawl products from your manufacturer website(even PW protected) and upload to your Shopify store, update prices, images and more on schedule or using our API.

See step-by-step guide here - https://www.agenty.com/docs/plugins/shopify-integration

Hey Hackers,

We've launched cloud based OCR agent in Agenty to extract text from almost any type of images or pdfs. You can just enter the URL of images or can also upload in a Agenty bucket to extract text easily.

No setup, no configuration, no coding requires.

Here is the video - https://www.agenty.com/docs/video-tutorials.aspx

Let me know your feedback.
